The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in Pakistan Rupees.

Payments

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Prices quoted on the Services shall be displayed in Pakistani Rupees and are subject to any applicable taxes.

You may choose to pay for an Order using any of the different payment methods offered on the Services.

Virgil Sports (Private) Limited reserves the right to offer additional payment methods and/or remove existing payment methods at anytime in its sole discretion. 

Any dispute in terms of payment through an authorised third party payment service provider (“Payment Provider”) must be taken up directly with the concerned Payment Provider. In the event of a dispute with a Payment Provider you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the operators their directors, employees, agents and any other representatives.

Refunds and cancellation

You have the right to cancel your booking at any time and a full refund will be given if cancelled before the first session. Further refunds will be offered at any time before any subsequent session. All refunds will be on a pro-rated basis. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment after deducting any unpaid due and payable invoices.
